Salary Levels - Are you up-to-date?

The holiday period often is a time where employees take the opportunity to evaluate what they have achieved throughout the year and what their future will bring them.  Many will reassess their career and look at making some changes.  It is also the time of the year where many companies look at bonuses or salary reviews. To avoid the exodus and to remain competitive in the current job market, here are few salary figures to assist you in retaining your valuable employees.

Some Factors to remember when determining salary levels

  • How many years experience
  • Qualifications
  • Specific industry background

  • Company location, close to public transport, parking available.
