Salary Levels - Are you up-to-date?

The holiday period often is a time where employees take the opportunity to evaluate what they have achieved throughout the year and what their future will bring them.  Many will reassess their career and look at making some changes.  It is also the time of the year where many companies look at bonuses or salary reviews. To avoid the exodus and to remain competitive in the current job market, here are few salary figures to assist you in retaining your valuable employees.

$35K - $50K depending on industry + car or car allowance valued to $15K + commission

Customer Service/Internal sales

$33K to $37K


$26K to $32K

Department Managers

$45K to $80K + incentives/benefits

  • How many years experience
  • Qualifications
